Fisherman Technologies Inc. dba Glammatic Effective Date: February 14, 2026 Last Updated: February 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Fisherman Technologies Inc., doing business as Glammatic (“Glammatic,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information collected through websites, forms, and digital experiences powered by our platform (each, a “Client Website”).

Client Websites are operated by independent businesses, such as salons, studios, and service providers, that use Glammatic’s software and services. This Policy applies to individuals who visit, interact with, or submit information through those Client Websites.

  1. Our Role as a Platform Provider Glammatic provides website, marketing, analytics, automation, and communication software to small and medium-sized businesses.

When you submit personal information through a Client Website, the business featured on that website is the primary data controller and owner of the customer relationship. Glammatic acts as a technology service provider and data processor on behalf of that business. In limited circumstances, Glammatic may act as a data controller for purposes related to platform operations, security, compliance, and product improvement.

We process personal information only as necessary to provide services to the business and operate our platform.

  1. Information We Collect Depending on the forms, integrations, and features used on a Client Website, we may collect certain categories of personal information.

Information You Provide Directly This may include your name, email address, phone number, appointment or booking requests, service inquiries, uploaded photos such as consultation images, marketing preferences or opt-ins, and any other information you voluntarily submit through a form or communication channel on a Client Website. Providing this information is voluntary, but certain features or responses from the business may not be possible without it.

Information Collected Automatically When you access or interact with a Client Website, certain information may be collected automatically, including your IP address, device type, browser information, pages visited, interaction data, date and time of access, referring URLs, approximate geographic location, and cookie or similar tracking data.

  1. How Information Is Used Personal information collected through Client Websites may be used to respond to inquiries and appointment requests, facilitate communication between you and the business, send service-related messages such as confirmations and reminders, provide customer support, operate and maintain website functionality, analyze engagement and performance trends, support communications and marketing on behalf of the business where permitted by law and applicable consent, and improve Glammatic’s software, automation systems, analytics tools, and AI-driven features using aggregated or anonymized data.

Glammatic does not use personal information submitted through Client Websites to independently market unrelated Glammatic products or services to end users.

  1. SMS, Automated Messaging, and Communications If you provide your phone number or other contact information through a Client Website, you may receive communications from the business you contacted, including appointment confirmations, service reminders, follow-up communications, customer support messages, and, where permitted, promotional or marketing communications.

These communications may be sent manually or through automated systems operated by Glammatic on behalf of the business. By voluntarily providing your contact information, you acknowledge and agree that the business, and its service providers including Glammatic, may contact you via call, text message, or email for the purposes described above, subject to applicable laws and consent requirements. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the message or by contacting the business directly.

Glammatic facilitates these communications solely as a service provider and does not independently initiate marketing communications to end users without authorization from the business.

  1. Data Ownership and Customer Relationship All personal information submitted through a Client Website is owned and controlled by the business operating that website. The business is responsible for determining how such information is used in connection with its customer relationships, services, and marketing activities.

Glammatic processes this information on behalf of the business in order to deliver website hosting, software functionality, communications, automations, analytics, and related services. We may also use de-identified, anonymized, or aggregated data derived from platform usage to improve system performance, enhance product features, develop analytics insights, and support ongoing innovation, provided that such data does not reasonably identify any individual.

  1. Sharing and Disclosure of Information We do not sell personal information collected through Client Websites. Personal information may be shared only as reasonably necessary to operate the platform and provide services. This may include sharing with secure cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, analytics and performance monitoring providers, communication and messaging service providers including SMS and email delivery platforms, integrated third-party systems such as booking or point-of-sale software used by the business, and professional advisors, legal authorities, or regulators where required by law or to protect legal rights and platform security.

All third-party service providers engaged by Glammatic are expected to maintain appropriate confidentiality, data protection, and security safeguards consistent with applicable legal and contractual obligations.

  1. Cookies and Tracking Technologies Client Websites may use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to ensure proper website functionality, analyze traffic and usage patterns, improve user experience, and support marketing and retargeting efforts on behalf of the business. By using a Client Website, you acknowledge that such technologies may be used as described in this Policy. You may control or disable cookies through your browser settings, although doing so may affect certain site functionality.
  2. Data Retention Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide services to the business, respond to user inquiries, support communications, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain platform integrity, security, and analytics. Retention periods may vary based on the policies of the business operating the Client Website and applicable legal requirements.
  3. Data Security Glammatic implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. While we strive to use industry-standard safeguards, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
  4. Privacy Rights (United States and Canada) Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to the information collected about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of personal information, and opt out of certain communications. Because the business you interacted with is the primary data controller, requests related to your personal information should generally be directed first to that business. Glammatic will reasonably assist businesses in responding to applicable privacy rights requests in accordance with relevant laws.
  5. Children’s Privacy Client Websites and Glammatic’s services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information.
  6. Changes to This Privacy Policy This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements, technology, platform functionality, or business practices. Any updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date, and continued use of Client Websites after such updates constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Policy.
